Google analytic service is provided by Google and completely Free. This service shows the user's activities/statistics on your Blog/Website. It will
analyze your Website's statistics like Pageviews, number of visitors, Unique visitors, Bounce rate, where
visitors come from and how they interact with your Website content.
Google Analytic also provide information on your traffic sources, the keyword users use to find your site, content of your Website etc. The Configuration and Setup for Google Analytic is very easy and straight foreword, just follow the below instructions carefully-

Steps to follow:
- First of all you need a Tracking ID for Google Analytic so that Google Analytic can track your Website/Blog. Get a Tracking ID as following instructions-
- Go to www.google.com/analytics.
- Login to Google Analytic using your Google account.
- If you don't want to use your own Google account, Click "Sign up" button to create a new independent account for Google Analytic.
- In the next page, fill in your necessary details, Accept T&C, Confirm your Request and after providing little information you be redirected to your new Google analytic Home Page.
- Now find your Tracking Code in your Account List on the Dashboard, as shown in below Image.
- Copy your Tracking ID Number, It'll be used in Website/Blog.
How to Implement Google Analytic in Blog:
- Log-in to your blogger dashboard.
- Click on Settings >> Basic (For old blogger interface), Other (For new interface).
- Enter your ID number in the Google Analytic text box as shown below.
- Click on SAVE SETTINGS.
Now Add Google Analytic attribute in your Template Code:
- Go to Design >> Edit HTML.
- Use Ctrl+F to find </body>, check above it, if you find the following code above it or something very similar to it including the word google analytics, then you don't need to add any code, just skip this stage.
- If no such code found then add the following code just before/above </body>
- <b:include name='google-analytics' data='blog'/>
- Click SAVE TEMPLATE.
That's
all done, and note that this will take 24hours before you can start watching your site's statistics on Google analytic.
