Microsoft developed Outlook.com providing too good features, As it is basically designed with keeping Windows8's touch interface in mind. Well Guys, in my previous post I have explained how you can receive emails from Gmail/Yahoo to Outlook's email account.
Now, as you are managing both Gmail and Outlook's account right from Outlook mail Inbox, so in your Inbox you have Gmail messages too. Now if you want to send Emails using Gmail within Outlook, you can do it by adding Gmail as an alias in Outlook. Follow the simple customization steps in Outlook and Send emails from any of the Gmail or Outlook accounts.
Steps to add "Send From Gmail" alias:
- Login to Outlook mail and Click on the "gear" icon on the top right.
- From the drop down menu, Click on "More Mail Setting" tab. Now you will be taken to a new window as shown below. Enter you Gmail username and password in the required fields, and click on Next as shown in below image.
- Now a confirmation Email will be sent to your Gmail's address. Go to Gmail account, and click on the Confirmation link to verify that You own that email address.
- Now Open your Outlook email account, and click on +New to write a new email. And you will see a drop-down arrow to select the Sender's email address, as shown in below image.
In this way, you can send emails stimulating different email accounts within a single Outlook account. I think, Outlook is more advanced than any other email service.
